I can't describe how wonderful Lou, Rel and their team were for our wedding this summer. They stepped in last minute (2.5 weeks before the wedding) after we got cold feet over the caterer we previously thought we were going to go with. They pulled together everything, including a bespoke menu and tastings and we felt totally at ease from day one. On the day they delivered beyond expectations. They were so incredibly helpful and on the ball. The food was also incredible. We had so many compliments about their service and the food from all of our guests. Booking them was the best thing that could have happened for our wedding. I couldn't recommend them more!

Recommend avoiding this company, they were/are the sole catering partner with Coldeast Mansion which has now gone into administration. Wise are refusing to return half our deposit as they say they have paid Coldeast the money, which we had no say in and were not responsible for. Wise have told us to claim through our wedding insurance, which luckily we have in place. Hopefully they will sort it, if not will lose our money. I would echo the comments that Lou and Rel are nice. But strongly recommend getting insurance if you are planning on using this company for anything, their customers are not the priority it seems. Look out for 'non refundable deposits', words to try and hide behind to avoid doing the right thing - why does a catering company need a non-refundable deposit a year in advance? What choice do customers have but to sign such things when they are the sole catering company for a venue?! Avoid or make sure you have insurance!

Gosh this is a lovely company. Rel looked after us every step of the way at our marquee wedding. The food was delicious but the easy support from Rel and her team was exceptional. Thank you.
